Terms- By purchasing from Homegym you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before ordering products from us. Your statutory rights
are not affected.
We must receive payment for the product before we accept your order. We reserve the
right to refuse your order or to restrict the number of products you may order. We
will indicate acceptance of your order by telling you over the telephone or by email.
Whilst we try to ensure that all the information given is accurate, mistakes may
occur. You are responsible to decide whether the HealthyHabit is suitable for your
purposes and the manner in which you use it. Acceptance of your order creates a
binding contract between us.
Delivery Time and Cost - The goods are delivered by courier, if you do not inspect
the machine on delivery, we recommend that you write “unopened” (or similar) when
you sign for it. We aim for delivery within 2 - 3 working days in the UK mainland,
depending on the time of your order. Deliveries are made between 8 am - 5.30pm unless
you request otherwise, we will endeavour to confirm the precise delivery date. Additional
costs will be incurred for Saturday or specific delivery times (as charged by the
carrier)
Warranty- The machines are covered for 1 year on a return to base basis against
faulty workmanship or parts. We will either repair your machine or replace it under
the warranty. You must provide us with the original invoice. If we supply a replacement
product this warranty shall apply to the replacement product for the balance of the
warranty period for the original product. This warranty does not apply where the
defect is due to the product not being cared for appropriately, incorrectly assembled
or the product has been otherwise modified, misused, neglected or wilfully or accidentally
damaged. This warranty is not transferable to a new owner of the product.
Returns- Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the
customer is given the right to cancel an order within 7 days. You do not need to
give a reason to return the goods.
In the unlikely event that you may want to return your Whole Body Vibration Trainer
please follow these instructions:
All goods returned must have a Returns Authorisation Number issued prior to return.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging in a re-saleable condition with
the returns number clearly marked on the outer packaging. All the original contents
must be returned with the equipment including power leads, instruction manual, nuts,
bolts etc. Failure to adhere to these terms could result in a delay in your refund
and possibly also a handling charge. Carriage is not refundable unless the goods
are found to be faulty, or you are returning under the Distance Selling Regulations.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods are sufficiently wrapped
to avoid damage in transit and to ensure adequate insurance is in place should damage
occur whilst in transit. We cannot be held responsible for careless packing or damage
in transit.
Repairs- We pride ourselves on our customer services, and in the unlikely event of
out of warranty repairs being needed, we will quote on a materials and time basis.
